Mindful Miles LA is a walking club created by and for mental health professionals who believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Our mission is to help therapists, trainees, social workers, counselors, and mental health practitioners connect, inspire, and recharge—together. By stepping outside and slowing down, we create space to build authentic relationships, expand professional networks, and restore our own well-being in nature. Whether you're looking to connect with like-minded colleagues, prevent burnout, or simply take a mindful breath, join us monthly for a walk—and take a step toward community and clarity.
